I'm Roy Jin: an engineer, manager, guest lecturer, tech advisor, senior executive etc. My interests are software development practices, processes, tools, patterns, architecture, team building and technology innovation. 

Problem-solving in a cost-effective way is always my passion and goal. There is no Yes or No answer but trade-off analysis is the key path to solving problems.
